A lifelong Valley hunter and fisherman, Roy is a professional birding
tour guide, working in the US & Mexico. His is committed to fostering
awareness and appreciation for our unique wildlife among the culturally
and economically diverse communities of the Valley. He is a charter member
of the Rio Grande Valley Chapter of Texas Master Naturalists as well
as a Hawkwatch volunteer instructor and canoe guide on the Rio Grande.
